Small Businesses Are Invited to Participate in Public Hearings on SDG&E’s Phase II General Rate Case, Which Will Help Determine Costs of Electricity for Small Commercial Customers

The California Public Utilities Commission has set public hearings to discuss San Diego Gas and Electric’s (SDG&E) request to determine the share of total electricity costs to be allocated to small commercial customers (along with and in comparison to other customer classes). The purpose of the hearings are to inform and solicit comments from SDG&E customers.  For small businesses that are customers of SDG&E and cannot attend the hearings in person, they can listen in with telephone services during the September 18, 2019 meeting (see below).

The schedule for the hearings is set as follows:

1. Tuesday, September 17, 2019 – Chula Vista, California
